How old do I have to be to attend the programme?

You have to be aged 30+

Is there a minimum level of English?

Yes, B1 or above.

What if I don’t want to participate in all the activities?

You don’t have to do anything! What you join in (or don’t) is completely up to you

Can you help me to from the airport to the residence?

Yes, our staff will be at the airport when you arrive. If you want, they can help you get to the residence.

How much does it cost?

The two-week programme is £3,950. This includes all costs.

Can I just join for one week? Or stay for longer than two weeks?

No, the programme has fixed dates and must be booked for a two-week period. However, if you would like to stay for longer you could join our school in Holland Park after the DISCOVER LONDON course has finished.

Will your staff accompany us around London?

Yes, we will take you to the cultural and entertainment venues and stay with you there. We’ll see you for breakfast each day, and we will show you how to go from the residence to Senate House on the first day (but after that we expect that you will be able to go there by yourself in the mornings). The residence is always staffed 24 hours a day, and you will have a 24-hour emergency phone number you can call.
