Airport transfers arranged by us

We are very happy to arrange for you to be collected at your arrival airport, and to be taken direct to your accommodation. This is a simple and trouble-free start to your course.

• Your driver will meet you as soon as you have passed through Customs.
• The driver will be holding up a sign that reads The London School of English with your name underneath.

Please note:

Please note that you can bring a maximum of two medium size bags, or one large bag and two pieces of hand luggage. We might need to book a bigger cab for you if you bring more luggage - Extra charges might apply.

A. All our saloon cars will fit a maximum of 2 medium size bags, or 1 large and 2 cabin bags. Any additional luggage may be chargeable.
B. The driver has the right to refuse the trip if the number of luggage exceeds the confirmed luggage at the time of booking. Full fee for the transfer will apply. 
C. Additional waiting time will be calculated at £40 per hour plus the actual costs for car park
D. In the event that a separate transfer trip is required, for example if a flight is deferred to the next day, clients will have to make a separate reservation through the School and it will need to be charged as a completely new booking at full price.
E. Cancellation Policy:
100% refund up to 24 hours or more before the trip
50% refund between 24 and 12 hours of the trip
No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours of the trip.
F. Please be aware that we confirm the number of luggage items with clients prior to arrival to arrange an appropriate car. If additional luggage requires a larger car, extra fees may apply. Drivers will have the authority to cancel the trip if the amount of luggage exceeds the confirmed quantity prior to arrival. In such cases, clients will not be refunded and are responsible for booking a new transfer themselves. They will be able to use the number on their confirmation document to do so or book with any other provider.

What to do if you would like to book this transfer

All you need to do is to request this service and to make sure that you tell us your arrival details (date, time, flight number, arrival airport and departure airport). 

Instructions if you have requested an airport transfer service - and what to do in the case of any problems:

If for any reason you cannot find your driver, follow the steps below:

• Go to the information desk and wait there.
• Listen to the public address system for any messages addressed to you.
• If you have not been contacted by the driver after 10 minutes, telephone the following number for assistance:

The driver will wait for you for 1 hour after your flight arrival time.

If you realise you are likely to be delayed for longer than this - for example because your flight is delayed, or you have problems in getting through customs, immigration, baggage control, etc - you should telephone one of the numbers above to inform the driver.
