Qualified teaching staff

Our trainers are carefully selected for their experience, their enthusiasm and their specialised knowledge. Our trainers have been teaching English for many years and have significant teaching and related professional experience. On average our teachers have 10 years+ experience in teaching English to adults.  All of our trainers are qualified to teach English as a second language. 

Our trainers are suitably qualified and experienced.   All of our permanent English Language training staff have the Cambridge ESOL Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language to Adults (DELTA) as well as the the Cambridge ESOL Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language to Adults (CELTA). A number of our trainers also have an MA in Teaching English as a Foreign Language or Applied Linguistics.

The minimum requirement to work for us is to have relevant teaching qualifications and 5 years experience.  Very occasionally for a stand-out trainer we have accepted 2 year + experience with a TEFLi qualification.

Qualified to teach industry specific courses

Many of them have previous experience in a number of industries, which means they can offer valuable subject knowledge on our specialised professional courses.  In specialised English courses, our clients bring their industry knowledge, and our Trainers bring the industry specific language to help professionals operate at a higher level in their specialised field in English. Our courses are designed with training time for our teams to make sure what we deliver is up to date and relevant for our clients.
