Vincent House is a striking, Art Deco building situated in an attractive London square, and it's only a seven-minute walk from London’s famous Hyde Park. These rooms are fully furnished and are cleaned regularly. Vincent House has the comfortable, homely feel of an apartment, making the rooms ideal for both rest and study.

There are many non-smoking shared areas including a reading room, garden and the lounge where you can enjoy socialising with other residents. You can also have your free breakfast and evening meal (on request) with other residents in the dining room, giving you the opportunity to practise your English in a warm and friendly environment.

Rooms

A single room (9.5m²) includes: single bed, wardrobe, armchair, bookcase and a small desk/dressing table. There is a kettle in each room. All rooms have an en-suite shower. WI-FI is available throughout the building and free of charge for every guest.

Room prices 2024

All prices (unless stated otherwise) are for single occupancy. See below the supplement prices for extra occupants.

The table shows the price per day (incl. breakfast and VAT) for stays of less than two weeks.

For stays of two to five weeks: 

The table shows the price per day (incl. breakfast and VAT) for stays of two weeks, three weeks and four weeks. 

* Please note that the price for those rooms are for double occupancy. The same price applies if single occupancy only is requested. 

Supplement for 1 extra person only: £30.00 per night (applicable for Single rooms only)
Supplement for 1 extra bed only: £40.00 per night
Supplement for 1 extra bed with breakfast included: £50.00 per night
Supplement for 1 extra bed with breakfast & dinner included: £75.00 per night

Pre-paid packages of 6, 9, and 12 months available on request.

Breakfast/ Dinner

For guests staying fewer than 5 weeks:

- £15.00 per breakfast
- £25.00 per dinner or
- £84 per week for 7 consecutive breakfast package
- £140 per week for 7 consecutive dinners package

For stays of 5 weeks or more:

* Please note that the specified rate is applicable exclusively to weeks booked after the 13th week. For the first 13 weeks, the rate in the left column denoted as "Fee per week (5-13 weeks) will be applied.

If we book your accommodation at Vincent House for you, there will be an additional £65 accommodation placement fee.

Cancellations

Cancellation before arrival: 

For bookings of over 13 weeks: If you cancel your booking at least four weeks before the start of the first day of your booking, you will not be charged for your accommodation. Your deposit will not be refunded.

For bookings of five to 12 weeks: If you cancel your booking at least two weeks before the start of the first day of your booking, you will not be charged for your accommodation. Your deposit will not be refunded.

For bookings of up to five weeks: If you cancel your booking at least one week before the start of the first day of your booking, you will not be charged for your accommodation. Your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation after arrival (shortening your stay): You may shorten your stay after you have arrived but you must tell Vincent House more than 14 days in advance, otherwise you will have to pay a penalty charge.
