Prince Consort Village is located in leafy west London, where you can enjoy the greenery of nearby Ravenscourt Park and the convenience of the many shops, cafés, bars and amenities in the local area. The residence is just over a mile (1.9km) from our training centre, and within easy reach of Westfield London. This is Europe’s largest shopping centre, with leading fashion and lifestyle brands as well as a fantastic selection of restaurants and a cinema. Notting Hill is also just a short bus ride away – famous for Portobello Road Market, which is held on Saturdays, and the annual Notting Hill Carnival in August.

Check in is from 14:00hrs on your day of arrival. There is a member of reception staff available at the residence reception all day and night. Please call the residence if the entrance door is closed at night by calling +44 (0) 20 3837 3559.

Check out is before 10:00hrs on your day of departure. Please leave your keys with reception.

Accommodation information
What cooking equipment is supplied?
Kitchenette: sink, drying area, 2 hobs, combination microwave/oven and fridge-freezer.
Other supplies: Cutlery (1 x knife, 1 x fork, 1 x dessert spoon, 1 x teaspoon), crockery (1 x dinner plate, 1 x side plate, 1 x bowl, 1 x mug), 1 x glass, kitchen utensils (tin opener, corkscrew, slotted flat spatula, slotted spoon, peeler, wooden spoon, kitchen knife), saucepan non-stick with lid, frying pan and 1 x chopping board.
Are bedding and towels supplied?
Yes: 2 x pillows and cases, 1 x double duvet and cover, 1 x mattress protector, 1 x double fitted sheet, 1 x bath towel, hand towel. You are responsible to wash your own sheets and towels.
Will my room be cleaned?
Your room will be deep cleaned prior to your arrival. After check-in, you are responsible for the
purchase of cleaning products and cleaning of your own room. It may be possible to book additional cleaning services directly with PCV reception, for which there are additional charges. You can borrow a hoover for free at reception.
Is there a hair dryer in my room?
No.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, there are both washing and drying machines available for use in the basement. You will need to register with laundry provider and download their app. You will receive more information on how to do it at the residence. Please note that you are responsible for your own washing, and we do not offer a laundry service.
Is there a post service?
Any post delivered in your name will be held at reception if it is too big to fit in the allocated post box and should be collected during reception opening hours.
Where can I smoke?
Smoking is not permitted in the building. You must only smoke outside. You might need to pay a
penalty if you smoke in your room.
Will I have a TV in my room?
No, but there is a TV in the communal TV room and you can use the cinema room.
Will I have internet access in my room?
Yes, highspeed internet and wifi is provided throughout the building.
Will I have a phone in my room?
No.
Where do I put my rubbish and recycling?
The bin store and recycling area is a covered area adjacent to the building, next to block E. You are responsible for taking your own rubbish and recycling out.
Can I turn the heating up in my room?
Yes, there is a temperature control close to your desk.
Does the building have air conditioning?
The whole building is fitted with an air circulatory system, which ensures that fresh clean air is continuously circulated through every studio.
Travel information
Travelling to your accommodation London Underground stations Ravenscourt Park (District Line), Goldhawk Road (Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines) and Shepherd’s Bush (Central Line and London Overground) are all a short walk away. A bus stop conveniently located outside the residence provides connections to Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush.

Travelling to our Holland Park Gardens centre from your accommodation
Exit the residence and take the number 94 bus to Piccadilly Circus and get off the bus at the stop, “Royal Crescent”. Walk in the same direction to the way the bus is travelling along Holland Park Avenue (which will mean keeping the Hilton Hotel on your right). Cross over the road at the traffic lights and take the second turning on the right into Holland Park Gardens. The school will be across the street to your left.
Total journey time using the bus is approximately 12 minutes.
To walk from the accommodation to the school takes approximately 25 minutes.

Cancelling before your enrolment starts:
All refunds are minus the accommodation placement fee and any bank charges.
a. Cancelling 21 days or more before start date: full refund
b. Cancelling 20 days or fewer before start date: refund minus the first week’s accommodation fee.
